> Tapmad Premium costs Rs 249 a week, Rs 499 a month or Rs 4,500 a year on its own terms page. Here is what it streams, how to pay by SIM, card, Easypaisa or JazzCash, and how to stop the auto-renewal.

**Tapmad** is a Pakistani streaming app and website (tapmad.com) for live sports, live TV channels, dramas and movies. Some of it is free; the rest needs **tapmad Premium**, which tapmad's own terms of use list at **Rs 249 a week, Rs 499 a month or Rs 4,500 a year**, with a **Rs 1 promotional pack for the first day** (read on tapmad.com on 2 October 2026). This guide shows what you get, how to subscribe with your SIM, card, Easypaisa or JazzCash, how to watch on a phone or TV, and how to cancel.

## What tapmad streams

- **Sports**: tapmad's home page describes the service as "live cricket, football, match highlights and score online". Which matches are live depends on the rights tapmad holds for each series, so check the app's Live section before you pay for a specific match.
- **Free live TV**: according to tapmad's FAQ, free users get 80+ national and regional live news channels, Pakistani drama channels and international channels, naming Bol, Samaa News, 92 News HD, Baby TV and Cartoon Network.
- **Premium content**: Zee TV shows, Indian dramas, the latest Bollywood movies, web series and English TV shows are, in tapmad's words, "only accessible with tapmad Premium".

Tapmad is run in Pakistan by Pi Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. for tapmad Holdings Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, according to its About page.

## Tapmad packages and prices in 2026

These are the packages tapmad's Terms of Use say are "actively available for subscription", as shown on tapmad.com on 2 October 2026:

| Package | Price | What it works out to |
|---|---|---|
| Promotional pack | Rs 1 | First day only |
| Weekly | Rs 249 | About Rs 36 a day |
| Monthly | Rs 499 | About Rs 17 a day |
| Annual | Rs 4,500 | About Rs 375 a month |

The annual plan costs Rs 1,488 less than paying Rs 499 for twelve months (Rs 5,988). Four weekly renewals cost Rs 996, almost double the monthly price, so the weekly pack only makes sense for one tournament or one week of viewing.

Two things to know before you choose:

- **It renews on its own.** The terms say you are "billed in advance on a recurring charge" and the subscription continues until you cancel.
- **The Rs 1 pack is a promotion for the first day only.** The terms say billing of your payment method starts when a trial ends unless you cancel, so check on the payment screen which package it rolls into.

Prices shown inside the app can differ for a campaign or an operator offer. The price on the payment screen is the one you pay, so read it before you confirm.

## How to subscribe to tapmad: step by step

Tapmad's FAQ lists four ways to pay: **SIM (mobile balance), credit or debit card, Easypaisa and JazzCash**.

1. **Install the app** from Google Play, the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery, or open tapmad.com in a browser.
2. **Tap Subscribe** (on the website, the Subscribe link goes to tapmad.com/sign-up).
3. **Choose your package**: weekly, monthly or annual.
4. **Pick a payment method.** For SIM billing, choose your mobile network and enter your number. For a card, Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the account details asked for.
5. **Enter the one-time code (OTP)** sent to your phone by SMS to confirm the number.
6. **Confirm the payment** on the final screen after checking the price and the renewal period.
7. **Log in on your other devices** with the same tapmad account to watch there.

If you pay with mobile balance, keep enough credit for each renewal. Remember that the load you buy is taxed before it reaches your balance; our [mobile load tax calculator](/tools/telecom/mobile-load-tax-calculator) shows how much of a top-up you actually get to spend.

## Where you can watch tapmad

Tapmad's FAQ says it is "available on all devices for Web, Android, iOS, Huawei, and Samsung TV".

- **Phone or tablet**: the Android, iPhone or Huawei app.
- **Laptop or desktop**: any browser at tapmad.com.
- **Smart TV**: the FAQ says you can watch "on any Android TV and on Samsung TV". On other TVs, use an Android TV box or cast from a supported device.

**Outside Pakistan:** the terms say tapmad "is accessible from outside Pakistan for free to air services only". Premium content with regional rights is unavailable abroad, so overseas Pakistanis should not pay for a package expecting to watch premium sport.

## How to cancel (unsubscribe) tapmad

From tapmad's FAQ and refund policy:

1. Log in to your tapmad account.
2. Open **My Profile** (the User Profile page).
3. Under **Current Status**, tap **Unsubscribe** and confirm.

The refund policy says you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and **receive no refund** for the rest of it. If you subscribed through your SIM, also check that the next renewal is not deducted from your balance; if it is, contact tapmad (details below).

## Common problems and fixes

- **Stream lags or buffers.** Tapmad says the usual cause is a weak connection: open the video settings and choose a lower quality. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or the other way round, if one network is slow.
- **Cannot log in or sign up.** Tapmad asks users to email **customerservice@tapmad.com**. Its refund page also lists an office landline, 021-36102121 to 22.
- **OTP not arriving.** Check that you typed the number with the right network selected, wait a minute, then request a new code.
- **Premium content will not play abroad.** That is the regional restriction in the terms, not a fault.

## Mistakes to avoid

- **Forgetting the auto-renewal.** Every tapmad package renews until you unsubscribe. Set a reminder a day before the renewal date if you only want one period.
- **Buying weekly packs for a whole season.** Four weeks cost Rs 996 against Rs 499 for a month.
- **Paying for one match without checking rights.** Confirm the match is listed in tapmad's Live section first.
- **Using unofficial "tapmad mod" apps or shared logins.** Tapmad's terms forbid getting around its access controls; such apps can carry malware and accounts can be blocked. Download only from the official stores linked on tapmad.com.
- **Expecting a refund after cancelling.** The policy gives none for the unused part of a period.
