The University of Amsterdam (UvA) has six funded PhD places open across five vacancies, with a gross salary of **€3,204 a month in the first year rising to €4,051 in the fourth**. At today's euro rate of Rs 315.95, that is roughly **Rs 1.01 million to Rs 1.28 million a month** before Dutch tax. These are paid employment contracts, not tuition scholarships, and applicants from Pakistan can apply. The first deadline is **16 October 2026**.
