The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is offering **free technical and vocational courses with a monthly stipend** to its beneficiaries under the **Benazir Hunarmand Program**, according to an announcement on BISP's official Facebook page, [ProPakistani reported](https://propakistani.pk/2026/11/03/bisp-offers-free-skills-training-with-monthly-stipend-for-eligible-families/) on Tuesday, 3 November 2026. Registration is online at **hunarmand.bisp.gov.pk**.

## Watch out for fake links

National CERT warned last month that fake NADRA, FBR and BISP websites are stealing logins ([our story](/news/technology/fake-nadra-fbr-and-bisp-websites-stealing-logins-national-cert-alert-how-to-spot)). Never share your bank PIN or pay anyone over WhatsApp to "secure" a seat. All BISP instalments now go through the [Social Protection Wallet](/news/pakistan/bisp-free-sim-and-social-protection-wallet-all-instalments-now-go-to-the-wallet).

If a course leads to a job offer, our [salary breakdown calculator](/tools/finance/salary-breakdown-calculator) shows what a monthly pay figure means after tax.
