**Heavy vehicles can enter Lahore only between 11pm and 7am**, and the city traffic police will now register cases against anyone who drives them in during the banned daytime hours, Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore **Abdul Rahim Shirazi** said on **Sunday 18 October**, ARY News reported.
