**Tecno has announced the Spark 50s and Spark 50C, two budget phones that can make calls and send texts with no mobile signal or Wi-Fi**, [ProPakistani reported](https://propakistani.pk/2026/10/17/tecno-spark-50s-and-50c-debut-with-free-texts-and-calls-without-internet/). Tecno has not announced a Pakistan launch or rupee price, and local prices usually differ once PTA and import taxes are added.

## Calls without a network

Both phones carry **FreeLink 2.0**, which Tecno describes as peer-to-peer, off-grid communication with a range of **up to 1.5km**. It is meant for places with no coverage, such as northern areas treks, desert roads or a flood zone where towers are down.

It also has a side fingerprint scanner and noise cancellation on calls.

## Tecno Spark 50C specs

The Spark 50C is the cheaper, **4G-only** model, with a **MediaTek Helio G81**, the same 6.78-inch 120Hz screen (with touch that works with wet or oily fingers), **4GB RAM with 64GB, 128GB or 256GB**, a **13MP** rear camera, **5,200mAh** battery with **15W** charging, dual stereo speakers and an **IR blaster** for TV and AC remotes. Its **IP68 and IP69** rating is higher than the 50s. Tecno has not given its price.
