Foreign Ministry inquiry alleges Rs12 billion taken from citizens for attestation
An internal fact-finding report alleges citizens paid up to Rs800,000 to get documents attested through illegal channels. The report was reportedly not sent to NAB, and the Foreign Office has not commented.
