Who qualifies

• Master's degree, at least Second Division, in Physical Education from a recognised university
• And either a certificate of 1st or 2nd position in an individual National Sports Event (National Games or the National Championship of a recognised game), or participation in a team as a National Player

Open to men and women. Age 18 to 28 years, plus the 43 year general relaxation for fresh general candidates. Government servants with two years of continuous regular service as on the closing date may apply up to 50 years. District local or domicile certificate required.

That sporting achievement requirement is the filter here. A Physical Education master's on its own does not qualify you.
