The Sindh Public Service Commission has opened applications for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2026) under Advertisement No. 04/2026, dated 19 August 2026. CCE is the route into Sindh's provincial officer cadres. Posts are allocated by vacancies in each department and by the order of options you choose. The advertisement does not give a total number of posts.

Who can apply

  • Pakistani men and women, including minority and differently abled candidates
  • You must hold a Sindh domicile and be a permanent resident of Sindh on 23 September 2026
  • You need at least a second division Bachelor's degree. If your degree is from abroad, you must get an HEC equivalence certificate before the closing date and upload it to the portal.
  • Age 21 to 30 years on 1 September 2026
  • Sindh-domiciled candidates with at least four years of continuous regular service in the Federal or Sindh Government get an upper age limit of 35. Employees of autonomous, semi-autonomous or local bodies and adhoc or contract staff do not get this concession.
  • CCE is held every year, and a limit of three attempts applies

Exam details

  • Test centres: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana
  • The pass mark for the screening test is now 40 percent (80 marks)
  • The rules, syllabus and recommended books are on the SPSC website
  • If you miss any one paper, you cannot sit the later papers

How to apply

  1. On the SPSC website, generate a PSID and pay the Rs. 1,000 fee through any online channel using the 1Bill invoice option.
  2. Fill in the online form and check it carefully. After the closing date you cannot change your domicile, urban or rural quota, qualification, exam centre or optional subjects.
  3. Enter your CNIC number and date of birth correctly. Only online applications are accepted.
  4. If you have a permanent disability and need help during the exam, write to the Controller of Examinations at least seven days before the exam.
