GIS Managers, GIS Associates, Surveyors and Personal Assistant, Settlement and Digitization of Land Record (Merged Districts), Pakistan

The Settlement and Digitization of Land Record (SDLR) project for the Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is hiring 16 people for project posts with fixed pay on a contract basis. Testing is handled by ETEA (project code 846). All posts are based in the Merged Districts.

Posts and requirements

• Assistant Manager GIS (BS-17): 4 posts. You need at least a second class Bachelor's in GIS or Geomatics and at least 3 years of GIS or Geomatics experience. Knowledge of land record computerisation or settlement work gets preference.
• GIS Associate (SPP): 3 posts. You need at least a second class Bachelor's in GIS or Geomatics from an HEC recognised university.
• Personal Assistant (BS-16): 1 post. You need at least a second class Bachelor's, three years of relevant experience, shorthand at 40/45 words per minute and computer skills.
• Surveyor (SPP): 8 posts. You need at least a second class DAE (Civil) and a sound understanding of GPS and GNSS technology. Candidates registered with the Survey of Pakistan get preference.

For all posts

• You must hold a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile
• The maximum age is 35 years, with relaxation under government rules
• The contract lasts until the project ends, and the posts will be abolished at that point
• Pay follows government project policy. The advertisement gives no figures.

How to apply

1. Create a profile on the ETEA website.
2. Print the E-Sahulat token and verify your CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. You cannot apply without this step.
3. Fill in the online form, then print the deposit slip.
4. Pay the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa or at any UBL branch. The advertisement does not state the amount.
5. Keep the stamped slip. Send documents only if you qualify and they are requested.
6. Apply separately, with a separate fee, for each post you want.

ETEA will send roll number slips by SMS. No travel allowance is paid.
