- Private Limited (Pvt) Ltd, most common for startups and SMEs; limited liability; 1+ directors.

Steps for a Pvt Ltd
- Name reservation on eZfile, check availability, pay the fee; approval within a day.
- Incorporation form, directors' details, share capital, registered address, principal business.
- Upload CNICs, a Memorandum & Articles (templates provided), and pay incorporation fees (based on authorised capital).
- Certificate of Incorporation is issued digitally.
- NTN is generated automatically and shared with FBR; register on IRIS to file returns.
- Open a company bank account with the certificate, NTN and board resolution.
Ongoing compliance
- Annual return (Form A) and financial statements to SECP.
- Income tax return and, if applicable, sales tax returns to FBR.
- Provincial sales tax on services (PRA/SRB/KPRA) if you provide services.
