The Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS) is a federal public university on Lehtrar Road, Islamabad, devoted to engineering, natural sciences and formal sciences. It offers BS, MS, MPhil and PhD degrees, with postgraduate programmes forming most of its enrolment, and runs specialised short courses for working engineers and scientists.
