💻 RankDrill is looking for a Business Developer Upwork Bidding Specialist to acquire international projects for SEO, link building, guest posting, social media marketing, and web development services.

The selected candidate should understand the Upwork marketplace, client requirements, personalised proposal writing, project discussions, and successful contract acquisition.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Search Upwork for relevant SEO and digital marketing project opportunities.
• Analyse job postings and identify suitable clients and project requirements.
• Write customised, professional proposals aligned with each project.
• Respond to client enquiries and conduct project discussions.
• Explain RankDrill's digital marketing services and capabilities.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed contracts.
• Maintain bidding records, response rates, and project acquisition reports.
• Support client onboarding and professional project handovers.
• Follow Upwork's applicable platform policies and communication rules.

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platform sales.
• Strong proposal-writing and English communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, SMM, link building, and WordPress services.
• Experience managing international client conversations.
• Understanding of project estimation and contract negotiation.
• Ability to identify suitable opportunities and avoid irrelevant bidding.
• Previous successful Upwork project acquisition results preferred.

💰 Compensation

20% commission on eligible acquired projects, subject to agreed payment and attribution terms.
