Gangman, Pointsman, Gatekeeper and Muawan posts (700+), Pakistan Railways, Balochistan quota

Pakistan Railways has opened more than 700 contract posts in BPS-1 to BPS-5 for candidates with a Balochistan domicile, advertised on the National Jobs Portal (NJP) on 28 October 2026 under the federal Balochistan initiative. The biggest single block is Gangman/Civil (BPS-2): 468 posts, open to candidates with a domicile of the districts that fall under the Railway Quetta Division.

Who can apply

A Balochistan domicile is required, and the maximum age shown on NJP is 35. Each post has its own qualification on its NJP page (primary pass for most BPS-1 and BPS-2 posts, Matric 2nd division for Pointsman), so read the page for the post you want.
