Observer, Sub-Engineer, Balloon Maker and other posts (22), Pakistan Meteorological Department, Balochistan

The Pakistan Meteorological Department will fill 22 regular posts at its observatories in Balochistan through walk-in interviews. Only candidates with a local or domicile certificate of the district where the post falls are considered.

• Sub-Engineer, Electronics (BPS-13): 1. Three-year DAE in electronics, electronic instruments or radio and communication.
• Senior Observer (BPS-09): 3. FSc (pre-engineering or non-medical), second division.
• Observer (BPS-07): 1. Matric science, second division.
• Radio Mechanic (BPS-07): 1. Matric science and three years of radio or TV repair work.
• Balloon Maker (BPS-01): 6 (Quetta 3, Barkhan 2, Zhob 1).
• Chowkidar (BPS-01): 4 (Quetta).
• Naib Qasid (BPS-01): 3 (Turbat, Zhob, Gwadar).
• Sweeper (BPS-01): 2 (Quetta, Sibi).
• Mali (BPS-01): 1 (Quetta).

BPS-01 posts need primary pass. Age limit is 18 to 25, plus 5 years relaxation (30 in all).

Pay

Federal BPS pay of each grade with allowances; the advertisement gives no figure.
