Who qualifies

• Intermediate (FA, FSc, ICS, I.Com, DAE and equivalent diplomas are listed).
• Shorthand at 80 words a minute and typing at 40 words a minute, and computer literate.

The job

Taking dictation, transcripts and general typing; handling receipt and issue in the absence of the section assistant; other office work assigned by the officer.

Pay

BPS-14 under federal government pay scales, with admissible allowances.
