Who qualifies

• LLB from an HEC-recognised university and a valid Advocate High Courts licence. LLM, Barrister or JD/foreign law qualifications may be preferred.
• Team Lead/Senior Manager: at least 10 years of post-qualification legal experience; Manager: at least 7 years. Either way, at least 5 years as an Advocate High Courts.
• Legal or advisory experience in a bank or financial institution is an advantage.

The job

Drafting and vetting conventional and Islamic financing structures, credit agreements, security documents and risk-sharing agreements; legal support on non-performing assets, restructuring and recovery before Banking Courts and High Courts; company secretarial support (board packs, SBP and SECP filings, fit and proper documentation); legal opinions across the bank and coordination with external lawyers.
