The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring for 15 contract roles in technology, delivery and communications. All close on 11 November 2026 and are applied for through the National Jobs Portal.

Engineering and AI (Grade-8, 4+ years)

• AI Model Deployment Engineer: select, fine-tune (LoRA, QLoRA), evaluate and deploy models on servers such as vLLM, SGLang or Triton. Needs a bachelor's in CS, AI, software engineering or data science, 4 years in AI/ML with at least 1 year of hands-on deployment, and Python. Urdu-language evaluation experience is a plus.

• Digital Solutions Specialist

Delivery and leadership

• Director, Program Delivery and Director, Delivery Excellence (Grade-11, 12+ years)
• Manager, Program Delivery and Manager, Delivery Excellence (Grade-10, 8+ years)
• Manager, National Digital Alignment and Coordination (Grade-8, 8+ years)

Communications

• Digital Communications and Media Manager (Grade-10, 4+ years suggested): runs 10 to 15 social media accounts
• PR Liaison, Photographer/Videographer and Graphic Designer (Grade-8)
• Content Writer (Grade-7, 2+ years, writes 2 to 4 press-ready articles a day with the Head of Content) and Research Assistant (Grade-7)
