Chief AI, Data, Product, Strategy and Software officers (6 posts), Pakistan Digital Authority, Islamabad

The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is recruiting six chief-level officers on contract, at Grade-13, each needing at least 15 years of experience. Applications close on 9 November 2026.

The six posts

• Chief Software Architect: sets PDA's software architecture, reference designs and modernisation roadmaps for government systems, oversees architecture review and engineering practice (DevSecOps, testing, release assurance). Needs a bachelor's in computer science or software engineering and 15 years in software development and architecture, including senior leadership of large platforms.
• Chief Data Officer: leads the National Data Strategy, data governance, stewardship, classification and quality standards across institutions.
• Chief AI Officer
• Chief Product Officer
• Chief Strategy Officer
• Chief Citizen Experience Officer
