The Public Health Engineering Department of Balochistan is hiring 30 Sub-Engineers (BPS-11) through BPSC Consolidated Advertisement No. 09/2026.

Zonal split

Merit 5, Kalat 5, Zhob 4, Nasirabad 3, Mekran 3, Quetta zone 3, Sibi 2 and Quetta City 2, with one post each reserved for the disabled, women and minority quotas.

Who qualifies

A three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical technology, or an equivalent, from a recognised board or institute. Open to men and women with the domicile or local certificate of their district. Age limit is 18 to 28 years on the closing date, plus the general age relaxation allowed by the Government of Balochistan; government servants with two years of continuous regular service can apply up to 50. Persons with disabilities and legal heirs of shuhada also get the relaxation.

Pay and selection

BPS-11 (the advertisement does not state a salary amount). Selection is by an MCQ test in the relevant technology and then a viva voce.

Apply online only at bpsc.gob.pk (no hard copy is needed). The fee is Rs 600, paid through a 1Link PSID by mobile banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, ATM, internet banking or over the counter at a 1Link member bank. Candidates who clear the MCQ test are called for a viva voce and must send attested documents within 10 days of BPSC's notice.
