Sub-Engineers Civil (56 posts, BPS-11), C&W Department Balochistan, Quetta

Balochistan's Communication Works, Physical Planning and Housing Department has 56 Sub-Engineer (BPS-11) vacancies in BPSC Consolidated Advertisement No. 09/2026, in two batches.

The posts

• 6 posts for B.E. Civil graduates: 5 on the minority quota and 1 on the disabled quota. Requires a four-year Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from a recognised university.
• 50 posts for DAE Civil holders: Kalat 6, Zhob 6, Nasirabad 4, Mekran 6, Quetta zone 7 and Quetta City 3, with 6 posts each for the disabled, women and minority quotas. Requires a three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil Technology from a recognised board.

Who can apply

Men and women with the domicile or local certificate of their district. Age limit is 18 to 28 years on the closing date, plus the general age relaxation allowed by the Government of Balochistan; government servants with two years of continuous regular service can apply up to 50. Persons with disabilities and legal heirs of shuhada also get the relaxation.

Pay and selection

BPS-11; no salary figure is given. There is an MCQ test in the relevant subject and then a viva voce.

Apply online only at bpsc.gob.pk (no hard copy is needed). The fee is Rs 600, paid through a 1Link PSID by mobile banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, ATM, internet banking or over the counter at a 1Link member bank. Candidates who clear the MCQ test are called for a viva voce and must send attested documents within 10 days of BPSC's notice.
