Director Business Development (PPS-10), Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Islamabad

Pakistan Railways is hiring one Director, Business Development at PPS-10 for its headquarters office, on contract, advertised on the National Jobs Portal on 16 October 2026.

The job: finding and meeting potential clients, running marketing initiatives, finding private investment opportunities, and preparing, evaluating and monitoring public-private partnership (PPP) projects, while leading and training a team.

Who qualifies:

• MBA or MS in Marketing, Finance or Project Management (16 years of education, HEC-recognised); an extra project management qualification is preferred
• 12 or more years of experience in project management, including more than 5 years on PPP projects
• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera and MS Office
• Age up to 50; government employees apply through proper channel
