FAST-NUCES (National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences) is hiring faculty at its Lahore campus, Faisal Town, on a full-time or contract basis. Applicants need a PhD, MS, MBA or BS from a reputable university, depending on the post.

Posts by department:

• Computing (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering): associate professors, assistant professors, lecturers and instructors. Streams include cloud security and DevSecOps, cyber security, data analysis, parallel and distributed computing, robotics and embedded systems, and theoretical computer science.
• Electrical and Computer Engineering: assistant professor, lecturer and lab engineer. PEC registration required; Electrical needs a CGPA of 3.00 or above.
• Civil Engineering: lab engineers (BS Civil, PEC registered).
• School of Management (Management Sciences, Accounting and Finance): associate and assistant professors, with streams in machine learning, deep learning and NLP for business and finance.
• Sciences and Humanities: English and linguistics (assistant professor, lecturer, instructor) and Islamic Studies (lecturer).

Appointments follow HEC criteria, and only shortlisted applicants are called for a test and interview. Part-time work, apprenticeships and internships do not count as experience.
