Assistant Director (BPS-17), Planning and Development Department Sindh, Karachi

The Sindh Public Service Commission is recruiting one Assistant Director (BPS-17) for the Planning and Development Department under Consolidated Advertisement No. 05/2026, dated 25 September 2026. It is a single open merit post, open to men and women.

Who qualifies

• Master's degree or 16 years' graduation in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics (MA) or Public Policy
• At least second division or equivalent CGPA from an HEC recognised university
• Age 21 to 28 years, with general age relaxation under the Sindh government's notification of 6 March 2025
• Sindh domicile and PRC on Form-D

Pay is on the BPS-17 government scale with allowances.

Create an account on spsc.gov.pk and apply online from "Available Jobs". Pay the Rs 500 fee after generating a PSID, through any banking or mobile wallet app using the 1Bill option. Domicile, quota, age and exam centre cannot be changed after the closing date, so check them before you submit. Serving government employees apply through proper channel.
