The Institute of Zoology at the University of the Punjab, Quaid-i-Azam Campus, Lahore, needs one Sanitary Worker on a daily wages / contingent basis for 89 days, paid from the institute's self-supporting funds.

Who can apply

• Pakistani nationals.
• No education required; preference to candidates who have passed primary.
• Government servants need an NOC from their department with the hard copy.

Pay and terms

• Wages follow the Government of Punjab Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 as adopted by the university. The advertisement does not state a rupee figure.
• Daily wage posts carry no right to regular appointment or regularisation.
• Only shortlisted candidates are called for interview; no TA/DA.

How to apply

1. Apply online only at the university's non-teaching portal (link on the vacancy page, pu.edu.pk/careers). The online portal closes at 4:00 pm on the closing date.
2. Deposit a Rs 300 processing fee on the online challan at any HBL or UBL branch.
3. Send a signed hard copy of the online form with CV, attested CNIC, certificates, a 1x1 photo and the original fee receipt by registered post or courier to the Office of the Institute of Zoology, University of the Punjab, Quaid-i-Azam Campus, Lahore. Hand delivery is not accepted.
