Assistant Director (Engineering) BS-17, PHATA Housing and Urban Development Punjab, Lahore

The Punjab Public Service Commission is recruiting 3 Assistant Directors (Engineering) in BS-17 for the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA), under the Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department. The vacancies are part of Advertisement No. 10/2026.

All three seats are open merit, and the appointment is on a three-year contract.

Who qualifies

A B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council.

Age limits: male candidates 21 to 28 years, female candidates 21 to 33 years, with 5 years of general relaxation on top in both cases.

Selection

A single MCQ paper of 100 marks in 90 minutes based on the qualification for the post, then interview before the Commission for those shortlisted.
