Assistant Manager Financial Accounting, Ignite National Technology Fund, Islamabad

Ignite, the federal technology fund under the Ministry of IT and Telecom, is hiring an Assistant Manager Financial Accounting on contract. Advertised 23 September 2026.

Who qualifies, on any one of three routes:

• CA-Intermediate or CAF with articleship completed, or
• ACCA or ACMA with 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Bachelors in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

The job

Day to day transactions and bookkeeping, preparing vouchers, running vendor payments, and tax compliance including depositing withholding tax and GST. You also coordinate with auditors and government agencies and maintain the supporting documentation.

That tax compliance line is the useful part of this role for a young accountant: monthly WHT and GST work at a federal body is exactly the experience that transfers.

Pay
