Who qualifies (examples)

• SOC Analyst L1: 16 years of education in cyber security, computer science or a related field, 4 years' experience including 2 as a SOC analyst, age up to 35.
• SOC Analyst L3: 8 years in SOC operations with 3 in threat hunting, age up to 45; GCIH or CISSP strongly desired.
• Director FCERT: 15 years' experience, 5 in cyber security and 3 on federal or provincial PSDP security projects.
• Office Assistant: 14 years of education, 4 years' experience, age up to 45.

The upper age limits already include the five-year general relaxation; no further relaxation applies.
