Who qualifies (Economist): a PhD or master's in Economics with a specialisation in international trade, econometrics or applied economics, and 8 years or more of applied economics, trade research or tariff analysis. Stata, R or Python is mandatory, along with CGE and partial equilibrium modelling; EViews or SPSS is a plus.
