The Sindh Public Service Commission has advertised four posts of Information Officer (BPS-17) in the Sindh Information Department in its Consolidated Advertisement No. 05/2026, dated 25 September 2026.

Who qualifies

• Master's in Mass Communication or Journalism from an HEC recognised university
• Three to five years' experience in the relevant field
• Age 18 to 30 years, with general age relaxation under the Sindh government's notification of 6 March 2025
• Sindh domicile and PRC (Form-D)

Quota split

• Open merit: 2 (1 rural, 1 urban), male or female
• Differently abled persons quota (male): 1 (urban)
• Minority quota (female): 1 (rural)

Pay is on the government BPS-17 scale with admissible allowances.

Manual applications are not accepted. Government employees must apply through proper channel. You must hold the degree and experience certificates by the closing date.
