The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is hiring seven specialists on lump-sum contracts through the National Jobs Portal. Closing date: 4 October 2026.

Posts (one each): Regulations Specialist, Monitoring Specialist, Legal Specialist, Legal Expert, Accreditation Expert, Research Analyst, Law Officer.

Who qualifies (examples)

• Regulations Specialist: master's (16 years) or higher in public policy, public administration, supply chain management or corporate law, with at least 10 years in drafting regulatory frameworks, preferably in the public sector. The job covers procurement rules, standard bidding documents and e-procurement regulations.
• Law Officer: LLB (16 years) or higher, at least 3 years' relevant experience; represents PPRA in court and supports the appellate, review and debarment committees. An LLM is preferred.
