BISE Multan result 2026: check by roll number, gazette and rechecking

The BISE Multan 12th class result 2026 (Intermediate Part-II and Combined, 1st Annual Examination 2026) was declared on 23 September 2026. The board says the result gazette went up on its website at about 10:04am that day. You can check your marks online with your roll number in under a minute. How to check your result online

1. Open results.bisemultan.edu.pk. The front page is set to the latest result, currently "1st Annual Exam 2026 Part-II / Combined Results".
2. Type your roll number exactly as it is on your roll number slip.
3. Press the button to view the result. Your subject-wise marks and total appear on screen.
4. Use Print Result to save it as a PDF or print it. Keep this copy: colleges accept it for provisional admission until the board's result card and certificate reach you.

For an older session (a previous annual or supplementary exam, 9th, 10th or 11th class), use results.bisemultan.edu.pk/archive. Choose the result type (Part-II / Combined, Part-I Fresh, Matric / Combined or Ninth Fresh), then enter your roll number and pick the session from the list. The archive holds 11 sessions of Part-II and Matric results and 6 of Part-I and Ninth.

If the page is slow on result day, it is traffic, not your connection. Try again after an hour, or use the gazette.

The result gazette

The gazette is the full list of results for every candidate, school and college. BISE Multan posts it on its web portal under Exams and Results, Result Gazette (Inter) for 11th and 12th and Result Gazette (Matric) for 9th and 10th. It is a large PDF, so download it on Wi-Fi and search it (Ctrl+F on a computer, the search option in your PDF reader on a phone) for your roll number.

The gazette is the useful fallback when the online portal is overloaded, and it is what schools and colleges use to check a whole class.

The data discrepancy on 23 September

On result day, the board received reports that some results showing on its web servers did not match. In a notice signed by the Controller of Examinations on 23 September, BISE Multan said it refreshed the servers at once, that the data held on its local servers had been correct throughout, and that the official gazette results are verified and correct.

What this means for you: if you checked your result early on 23 September and the marks looked odd, check again now. If they still look wrong, the board says you can apply for rechecking through its prescribed form (below).

Rechecking: when your marks look wrong

1. Go to the online Rechecking Application at win.bisemultan.edu.pk (linked from the board portal under Online System, Student's Section).
2. Select the examination, which is currently "INTER (12th) 1ST ANNUAL EXAM. 2026".
3. Enter your roll number and choose the papers you want rechecked.
4. Generate the fee challan, pay it at an authorised bank, and submit before the closing date the board sets for this result.
5. Track the application with Track Application Status on the board portal.

Know what rechecking does. The board checks that every question was marked, that the marks were added up correctly and carried over properly. It is not a fresh re-marking of your answers, so do not expect a big change unless a question was missed or a total was wrong.

The rechecking fee and its closing date are shown on the application when you start it; the board's published fee list does not carry them.

Board fees you may need after the result

From the BISE Multan fee structure:

Pay only through the board's own bank challan (Bank Challan on the portal) at an authorised bank. Never pay an agent who says he can "increase your marks".

When your certificate will come

The board prints certificates after results are final. Track yours at Intermediate Certificate Status (web.bisemultan.edu.pk/certif-12) with your roll number and registration or B-Form number. Matric students have the same service at Matriculation Certificate Status.

Common mistakes

• Typing the registration number instead of the roll number. The result page takes the roll number from your slip.
• Trusting a result screenshot from WhatsApp. Only results.bisemultan.edu.pk and the board's gazette are official.
• Waiting for the result card before applying to colleges. Print the online result now; admission portals accept it.
• Missing the rechecking window. It is short. Decide within days, not weeks.
• Using unofficial SMS codes. The BISE Multan portal does not list an SMS result service. Codes circulating online are not confirmed by the board.
