Haris Rauf fined 20% of match fee, gets fifth demerit point for row with Will Jacks in Lahore
The ICC fined the Pakistan fast bowler under Article 2.20 for arguing with Will Jacks and an umpire during Sunday's one-wicket win over England at Gaddafi Stadium. England were fined for a slow over rate.

Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has been fined 20% of his match fee and given one demerit point for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct in Sunday's tri-series ODI against England at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, the ICC said on Wednesday 28 October, as reported by Dawn.
The demerit point takes Rauf to five on his disciplinary record, and it is his third offence in 24 months.
What happened
In the 46th over of England's innings on 25 October, Rauf, at the non-striker's end, appealed for a wide. When it was turned down he argued with England all-rounder Will Jacks, kept arguing after a warning from on-field umpire Sharfuddoula, and raised his bat in frustration.
He was found guilty under Article 2.20, conduct contrary to the spirit of the game. Rauf accepted the sanction proposed by match referee Jeff Crowe of the Emirates ICC Elite Panel, so no formal hearing was needed.
England fined too
England were fined 15% of their match fee for a slow over rate after finishing three overs short of their target. Captain Harry Brook accepted the sanction.
The match
Pakistan won that game by one wicket, with Shadab Khan's century and Rauf's 7 off 19 balls in a last-wicket stand getting them home. England were knocked out of the tri-series after Sri Lanka beat Pakistan on Tuesday, when Pakistan were bowled out for 110 and Sri Lanka reached the final.
