Tamasha live cricket is where Pakistan's home internationals stream online this season. Jazz's streaming platform has the PCB's digital rights for Pakistan's 2026-27 home season: 25 matches (5 Tests, 14 ODIs and 6 T20Is) from October 2026 to March 2027, against Sri Lanka, England, Ireland, Zimbabwe and New Zealand, ProPakistani reported on 9 October.

The next match on it is Pakistan vs Sri Lanka, Sunday 18 October, at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the opener of the ODI tri-series with England. Full fixtures and start times are on our Pakistan tri-series schedule page.

What Tamasha is

  • Owner: Jazz Lifestyle Ventures, built by Beyond Digital (Private) Limited, Islamabad
  • Where: Android (Google Play), iPhone (App Store), Huawei AppGallery, and on the web at tamashaweb.com
  • What else: more than 75 live TV channels (sport, news, entertainment, Islamic, regional, kids), dramas, movies and 7-day catch-up, according to its Play Store listing
  • Downloads: more than 50 million on Google Play, rated 4.0 stars

The app is free to download and carries ads. Some channels and content sit behind paid packages (the app calls them "pocket-friendly packages"; users also refer to a Tamasha Pro tier). Tamasha does not publish a price list we could read on its website, so check the price shown in the app before you subscribe.

How to watch on your phone: step by step

  1. Install the official app. On Android search "Tamasha: Live Cricket, Movies" by Beyond-Digital in Google Play; on iPhone use the App Store; on Huawei use AppGallery. The links are at the foot of tamashaweb.com.
  2. Sign in. Open the app and follow the login prompts with your mobile number.
  3. Find the match. On match day the live game usually sits at the top of the home screen. If not, open Live TV and look for the cricket channel or event.
  4. Check whether it is free or paid. If a package is required, the app shows the price and payment options before you start. Read the validity (daily, weekly or monthly) so you do not pay twice.
  5. Pick a quality. In the player settings choose a lower quality on mobile data and the highest on Wi-Fi.
  6. Start 10 minutes early. Live streams are busiest at the toss, so open the app before 12:30pm for a 1pm start.

How to watch on a laptop or smart TV

  1. Go to tamashaweb.com in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click Login and sign in with the same mobile number.
  3. Open Live TV and choose the match.
  4. To get it on a TV, cast the browser tab or the phone app to a Chromecast or Android TV, or plug the laptop in with an HDMI cable.

Data: plan before the match

A full ODI lasts around eight hours, so a stream on mobile data can use a large bundle. Tamasha does not publish data-use figures. Two practical rules:

  • Use Wi-Fi for a whole match if you can.
  • On mobile data, set a lower video quality and buy a bigger bundle first. Compare current data bundles from Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone on our mobile packages comparison, and see how much of your load goes in tax with the mobile load tax calculator.

When the stream fails: fixes that work

  1. Buffering: drop the quality one step. Most stalls at the toss and after wickets are network load, not your phone.
  2. Black screen or spinning wheel: close the app fully and reopen it, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  3. "Content not available": update the app from the store. Old versions often fail on new live events.
  4. Cannot log in: check the number is typed correctly, wait a minute and try again.
  5. Still not working on the web: try a different browser, disable ad blockers for tamashaweb.com, or clear the site's cookies.
  6. Payment taken but no access: sign out and back in with the same number. If that fails, use the feedback link at the foot of tamashaweb.com and keep the payment SMS.

Common mistakes

  • Downloading a look-alike app. Several apps copy the name. Check that the developer is Beyond-Digital and the download count is in the tens of millions.
  • Using unofficial stream sites. They are full of pop-up ads and fake "update" downloads, and can stop mid-over. The official app is safer.
  • Paying for the wrong package. Make sure the package covers live cricket, not only dramas or movies.
  • Forgetting the time zone. All our match times are in PKT. The tri-series ODIs are reported to start at 1pm PKT.

Other ways to watch

On television, PTV Sports holds Pakistan's home cricket rights. Tapmad has also said on its own site that it will stream the tri-series. Our tri-series page lists every option we can confirm, and the live score runs on our cricket match centre.
