How to check your PPSC result
PPSC posts written and final results as PDF notices, one per case. As ProPakistani set out:
- Open ppsc.gop.pk and go to the results section (written results and final results are listed separately).
- Find your notice by its case number (it is on your advertisement and application, for example 44C2026) or by the post name.
- Open the PDF.
- Press Ctrl + F (or "Find in page" on a phone) and search for your name, application number or CNIC, whichever the notice lists.
If you passed a written test, PPSC also sends an SMS and an email, and the interview call letter is uploaded to your PPSC account; it does not post one by mail. The commission's site often does not open from outside Pakistan, so candidates abroad may need a relative in Pakistan to check.

- Interview: call letters go up on the PPSC site, with SMS and email. Bring original educational certificates and the documents the advertisement lists.
- Final result: PPSC recommends candidates to the department, which issues the appointment. Posts with no suitable candidate are left vacant, as with 28 of the 36 cardiac surgery Senior Registrar posts.
- PMS and CCE: a psychological test and interview follow the written exam.
