Michael 'Venom' Page leaves the UFC at 5-1 and signs a multi-fight deal with KSI's Misfits
The UFC let the 39-year-old English striker go after a four-fight win streak. His debut opponent and date with MF Sports have not been announced.
Michael "Venom" Page has left the UFC for Misfits. The 39-year-old English striker has signed a multi-year, multi-fight deal with MF Sports, the promotion co-founded by YouTuber KSI, after the UFC chose not to renew his contract despite a four-fight winning streak, Sherdog reported on Monday 12 October 2026. The deal was announced on Saturday.
No opponent, date or venue for his Misfits debut has been announced yet.
Why he is out of the UFC
Page went 5-1 in the UFC and is 26-3 overall. His last Octagon fight was a unanimous decision win over Nursulton Ruziboev at UFC Paris on 5 September 2026, the final bout on his contract. Days later the UFC removed him from rankings eligibility at middleweight; a leaked email told media voters who had him in their top 15 that "Michael Page has been removed from rankings eligibility effective immediately", MMA Sucka reported on 7 September. That was the clearest sign the two sides were parting.
Inside the Octagon he beat Kevin Holland on his debut and fought Jared Cannonier at UFC 319. MMA Sucka noted he never landed a signature knockout in the UFC, the kind of finish that made his name in Bellator.
What he and KSI said
- Page: "I've been in combat sports for a long time and I've had plenty of options, but MF Sports is the right fit for me."
- KSI said everyone wanted Page, that his choice says a lot about the promotion, and called him an "explosive" superstar.
What it means
Misfits made its name with crossover boxing between YouTubers and influencers. Page, known for his hands-down style, flying knees and showmanship, gives it one of the most recognisable strikers to come out of mixed martial arts, and he arrives while UFC pay is a talking point again: on Monday, Brendan Allen, who submitted Christian Leroy Duncan in the fifth round at UFC Vegas 122 on Saturday, said he backs Sean Strickland's push for better UFC pay, Sherdog reported. Our UFC Vegas 122 report has that fight.
For fans in Pakistan, the next UFC cards and their start times in PKT are on our living UFC schedule in Pakistan time page. We will add Page's Misfits debut when the promotion confirms an opponent and a date.
