UFC Sydney 2027: Quillan Salkilld vs Benoit Saint Denis to headline on 7 February

The UFC's next visit to Australia has its main event: home fighter Quillan Salkilld will face France's Benoit Saint Denis in a lightweight bout headlining UFC Sydney on Saturday 7 February 2027 at Afterpay Arena, Sherdog reported after the UFC announced the fight on 27 October. Because of the time difference, the card airs on Friday 6 February in the United States.

The matchup

Salkilld: 13 in a row

Salkilld lost his professional debut in 2021 and has not lost since, winning 13 consecutive fights. He earned his UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series in 2024 and has gone 6-0 in the promotion, five of those wins by first-round finish. His last two wins came against established names, Beneil Dariush and Mateusz Gamrot. This will be his second UFC main event.

Saint Denis: a chance to rebound

"God of War" Saint Denis made his UFC debut in October 2021 and is 9-4 in the promotion. He had won four straight fights by stoppage before Paddy Pimblett submitted him in 52 seconds at UFC 329 in July. A win over an unbeaten local favourite would put him straight back into the lightweight rankings conversation.

When to watch in Pakistan

The UFC has not yet published start times for the card. Sydney events usually begin in the Australian afternoon or evening, which falls on Saturday morning or early afternoon in Pakistan, since Sydney is six hours ahead of PKT in February. We will add the exact PKT times and where to stream the card once the UFC confirms them.

All upcoming cards, with start times in Pakistan time, are on our UFC schedule in Pakistan time page, which we keep up to date.
