Pakistan cricket schedule 2026-27: Sri Lanka and England at home from 9 October

Updated Saturday 26 September 2026. Pakistan's Asian Games quarter-final opponent is Hong Kong, on Monday 28 September at 5am PKT. Every Sri Lanka match of the home season now has its own page: Pakistan vs Sri Lanka 2026.

Earlier, Thursday 24 September: Pakistan hosts 12 men's internationals in six weeks this autumn, up to 10 of them involving Pakistan: three T20Is against Sri Lanka from 9 October, an ODI tri-series with Sri Lanka and England from 18 October, and two Tests against Sri Lanka in November. Before that, the men's team plays its Asian Games quarter-final on Monday 28 September at 5am PKT in Japan. New Zealand come for two Tests in March 2027.

This is our Pakistan cricket schedule for the 2026-27 season. It covers every Pakistan fixture that the PCB has announced, with the venue and format, and is updated whenever a series is added, a time is confirmed or a result comes in. Match start times are added as the PCB confirms them.

Pakistan had a bye through the group stage; Hong Kong finished second in Group B. If rain washes the match out, the higher-ranked team, Pakistan, goes through. ODI tri-series: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, England

Each team plays the other two twice; the top two meet in the final in Lahore.

With the 2027 ODI World Cup a year away, all three sides will use this series to settle their 50-over squads.

Both Tests carry World Test Championship 2025-27 points.

Later in the season

• New Zealand in Pakistan, March 2027: two Tests. Dates and venues to be announced.
• England away: five ODIs and a red-ball match, approved in the PCB's 2026-27 budget. Dates not yet announced.
• Ireland: a tri-series with Ireland and Zimbabwe and a one-off Test in Ireland are on the approved list. Dates not yet announced.
• Pakistan women: three home T20Is against New Zealand and a tour of the West Indies (three ODIs, three T20Is). Dates not yet announced. The women won bronze at the Asian Games on 22 September.
