Binance will close Binance Pool on 10 November 2026, ending its crypto mining pool after more than six years, Cointelegraph reported from the exchange's announcement. The shutdown also covers Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, the Transaction Accelerator, mining pool APIs and hashrate notifications.

Binance gave no specific reason beyond an ongoing review of its products and services.

Key dates

DateWhat happens
Before 10 NovemberMove your mining hashrate to another pool; redeem or unsubscribe from Pool Savings
10 NovemberMining endpoints disabled, miners disconnected, no new shares credited, rewards and yields stop
After 10 NovemberEligible rewards, balances, refunds and settlements paid out, subject to product rules and compliance checks
24 NovemberLast day to view historical mining records and payout information

What to do if you mine or hold Pool products

  1. Point your miners at a new pool before 10 November. Any hashrate still sent to Binance after the cut-off earns nothing.
  2. Redeem Pool Savings positions now rather than waiting for an automatic settlement.
  3. Download your mining and payout history before 24 November. After that date the pages become permanently inaccessible, and the record is your only proof of what you earned and when. For working out tax on your total income, see the income tax calculator.
  4. Cloud Mining stops generating rewards on the same date; outstanding balances are settled after the shutdown under the product's rules.

Background

Binance launched its pool in April 2020 for bitcoin and later added other coins. Bitcoin itself was trading near $83,660 on Tuesday (bitcoin price in rupees and dollars), and ether near $2,527 (ether price).

The same day, the NFT marketplace Blur said it was shutting its website after trading volumes collapsed, CoinDesk reported.
