PIDCL test 2026: HEC extends application deadline to 1 November, ETC portal reopened

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has extended the last date to apply for the PIDCL test 2026 to Sunday, 1 November 2026. Its Education Testing Council (ETC) reopened the online registration portal on Monday, 26 October, ProPakistani reported. The earlier deadline was 19 October.

The test is for jobs at Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), a government-owned company that has advertised posts in professional and administrative fields.

How to apply

1. Go to the ETC portal at etc.hec.gov.pk and create an account or log in.
2. Choose the PIDCL recruitment test and the post you want.
3. Fill in your education and experience exactly as on your degrees and certificates.
4. Upload the documents the advertisement asks for and pay the test fee shown on the portal.
5. Submit before 1 November and keep a copy of your application form and fee receipt.
