SBBUVAS Sakrand admissions 2027 open: DVM and 8 BS programmes, apply by 13 November, test on 29 November
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences takes applications for its 2027 session. Here are the programmes, minimum marks and dates.
SBBUVAS admission 2027 is open. The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS), Sakrand, is taking online applications for its five-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and eight four-year BS programmes until 13 November 2026, with the entrance test on Sunday, 29 November 2026, ProPakistani reported. (Some reports called it "Sindh University"; the notice is from SBBUVAS.)

The Sakrand main campus offers all nine. The Larkana campus at Naudero offers the DVM only.
Who can apply
Students who passed Intermediate, FSc, HSC, A-Level or an equivalent in 2024, 2025 or 2026. Pre-Engineering students admitted to programmes that need biology must clear Biology deficiency courses; Computer Science students must clear Biology and Chemistry.
Seats are filled on merit and on self-finance. DVM applicants with a domicile outside Sindh can apply on a reserved self-finance quota, and a limited Sponsors Scheme is open to candidates from across Pakistan.
How merit is worked out
Final merit combines the entrance test with Intermediate marks and Matric or O-Level marks. The university has not published the weights in the reports so far, so check the prospectus before you plan. Work out your percentage from a grade sheet with our CGPA calculator.
How to apply
- Go to sbbuvas.edu.pk and open the admissions section.
- Fill in the online form for the 2027 undergraduate session.
- Enter your marks and choose programmes you are eligible for.
- Upload documents and pay the application fee as the portal instructs.
- Submit before 13 November and watch the site for the test venue and admit card.
