Training in IT, healthcare, hotel management, construction, beauty and fashion for BISP families, ages 18 to 40 with matric. Who qualifies and where to apply.
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is offering free technical and vocational courses with a monthly stipend to its beneficiaries under the Benazir Hunarmand Program, according to an announcement on BISP's official Facebook page, ProPakistani reported on Tuesday, 3 November 2026. BISP has not yet said how much the stipend or the graduation bonus will be, or how they are paid. Treat any figure you see on social media as unconfirmed until it appears on the portal.

Watch out for fake links
National CERT warned last month that fake NADRA, FBR and BISP websites are stealing logins (our story). Never share your bank PIN or pay anyone over WhatsApp to "secure" a seat. All BISP instalments now go through the Social Protection Wallet.
If a course leads to a job offer, our salary breakdown calculator shows what a monthly pay figure means after tax.
