Organisers of the 2027 Men's Cricket World Cup have received nearly 8.4 million ticket requests for Pakistan vs India, the group match on 10 October 2027 at the Wanderers in Johannesburg, Reuters reported on Monday. The ground holds 34,000, so there are roughly 247 requests for every seat.

The Pakistan vs India figure is higher than demand for the final itself, which is at the same venue and has drawn almost 8 million requests.
