Jazz number check code and balance 2026: what works, and what does not

Jazz lists its self-service codes on jazz.com.pk. This guide covers only what Jazz itself publishes: how to check your Jazz balance, your package, your usage, your PostPay bill and your own number, what each one costs, and the popular codes that Jazz does not list.

How to check your Jazz number

Jazz's own pages do not list a USSD code that shows your number. The official ways are:

1. SIMOSA app (formerly the Jazz World app). Download it from Google Play or the App Store, sign in with your Jazz SIM, and your number is shown on the home screen with your balance.
2. Jazz WhatsApp self-service. Save 0300-3008000, send "Hi", and choose Account Details. The replies come to your chat from the number linked to your SIM.
3. Call a friend or family member. The simplest check still works, and costs a few paisa.

Codes such as *99# circulate widely for this. They are not on jazz.com.pk, so we do not list them as official; if one works on your SIM today, Jazz can change or withdraw it without notice.

How to check Jazz balance

1. Dial *111#. You get your remaining balance by SMS. It costs Rs 0.24 per check.
2. For a free check, open SIMOSA: the balance sits at the top of the home screen under the dashboard.
3. Or WhatsApp "Hi" to 0300-3008000, choose Account Details, then Balance and Usage Details.

How to check your Jazz package

Dial *444*6*2# (free) to see your current package and incentives. *444# opens the full offers menu, where you can subscribe to a bundle.

PostPay: check your bill and usage

• Dial *1111# to get your bill by SMS, free of cost.
• Usage details: *1111# or *2222#, or the View History option in SIMOSA.
• Bills unpaid after the due date carry a Rs 100 late payment fee plus taxes.

Lost or stolen SIM

Dial *8822# from any Jazz number and follow the steps, or call the 111 helpline. Blocking is free and immediate. The same code restores the number if you recover the SIM.

Number blocked by FBR?

If your SIM was blocked because you are not on the Active Taxpayers List, Jazz cannot restore it. File your income tax return; Jazz says the number is restored automatically once you are compliant. FBR's helpline is 051-111-772-772. Our income tax calculator shows what you owe.

• Complaints about packages, deductions or signal: Jazz asks customers to use SIMOSA, which promises a reply within 12 hours.

Common mistakes

• Paying for balance checks all month. *111# costs Rs 0.24 each time; SIMOSA and WhatsApp are free.
• Trusting code lists on random sites. Many lists mix old Jazz and Warid codes. If a code is not on jazz.com.pk, treat it as unofficial.
• Ignoring Jazz Advance deductions. The advance plus its service fee is taken from your next recharge. Check with *112*2# first.
