Barcelona vs Alaves: how the six goals came

Barcelona had lost the Clasico 2-1 to Real Madrid a week earlier, and the reply was over by half-time.

Fermin Lopez had a hand in three of the first four goals: one scored and two set up. Alaves pulled one back through Mariano Diaz six minutes from time.

Moreira finished with a goal and two assists. The result lifts Milan to fourth, four points behind Lazio and Inter, who are level on 25 points at the top. Lazio host Cagliari on Sunday and can go three points clear of Inter with a win.

• Roma 5-2 Udinese: Roma were 4-0 up by the 37th minute through Bryan Cristante, Rodrigo Mora, Donyell Malen (his eighth league goal of the season) and Evan Ndicka; Daniele Ghilardi scored the fifth, his first in Serie A. Roma are third on 24 points, one behind the leaders.
• Bologna 2-1 Monza: Gustavo Varela's early penalty for Monza, his ninth goal in nine games, was cancelled out by Tommaso Pobega and Federico Bernardeschi. Patrick Cutrone missed a second Monza penalty late on.

Barcelona's lead over Real Madrid is six points, though Madrid have a game in hand, so the gap could be back to three by Monday. In Italy, the top four are separated by four points after 10 rounds: the closest Serie A title race in years.
